Our main focus is ensuring that all members of our project teams return home safely each day. To achieve this, Blacksmith Construction provides extensive training, sufficient time, and the necessary protective equipment to enable our employees to carry out their tasks safely. Under the guidance of Blacksmith Construction Safety Director, we ensure that all our projects not only meet but exceed the highest safety standards set by the construction industry. Safety site inspections are conducted at a minimum of once per week by the Safety Director and more frequently during specific high hazard operations. Blacksmith Construction works with our subcontractors to provide required safety training for their employees and site-specific requirements.
Our team is fully certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), demonstrating our unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety in the construction industry.
